Who we are

The AllSaintsTalk early-access sign-up is operated by GRO-LAB P.S.A. ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through this sign-up form.

For all privacy-related enquiries, including requests to exercise your rights, please contact us at gdpr@gro-lab.com.pl.

What data we collect

When you complete the early-access sign-up form, we collect the following:

Data Required? Source
Email address Yes You provide it in the form
First name No You provide it in the form (optional)
Saint interest No Your selection in the form (optional)
Landing page variant Automatic Identifies which version of the page you visited (e.g. en-a, fr-b)
UTM parameters Automatic Campaign identifiers passed in the URL if you arrived via a link or advertisement
IP address (hashed) Automatic Your IP address is immediately converted to an irreversible hash. The raw IP address is never stored.
Page visit data Automatic When you load any sign-up page, a record of the visit is logged (page variant, UTM parameters, referrer URL, hashed IP). This happens whether or not you submit the form.

We do not use cookies on these sign-up pages. We do not load any advertising or analytics third-party scripts.

Why we collect it — and our legal basis

To send you a launch notification and early-access invitation. When AllSaintsTalk is ready to launch, we will email confirmed sign-ups to let them know and invite them to download and use the application. This is the primary purpose for which you signed up.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You gave your explicit consent by ticking the checkbox on the sign-up form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Your Rights below).

To conduct market research on the AllSaintsTalk concept. The data we collect — including which page variant you visited, which Saint interested you, and how you found the page — helps us understand which audiences respond to the AllSaintsTalk concept and how to develop the application to serve them well. This research is internal and is used only to inform product decisions. No identifiable data is shared with third parties for this purpose.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in understanding demand for the product we are building, and this processing is necessary and proportionate to that interest. It does not override your rights, and you may object to it at any time (see Your Rights below).

What we will not do with your data

How long we keep your data

We will keep your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above — specifically, until the AllSaintsTalk application has launched and you have been invited to use it, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.

If the AllSaintsTalk project does not proceed to launch, we will delete all sign-up data within 12 months of the date this sign-up page was last active.

Sign-up records that were never confirmed by email are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers provided by OVH, a European hosting provider with data centres within the European Economic Area. No personal data is transferred outside the EEA.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at gdpr@gro-lab.com.pl. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

This policy applies to the early-access sign-up pages only. If we update it, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date at the top. We will not make changes that materially reduce your rights without notifying you by email if you are on the sign-up list.
